Methodology

During a keynote speech, we give you an understanding of the net generation. Based on different examples we illustrate the fundamental change regarding leadership and communication, business models and cooperation, which is enforced by the entrance of the net generation into the working environment. Subsequently, opportunities and risks are discussed as well as specific options how your company and your executives can utilise the net generation's potential. This part is designed in consultation with you, being in the form of a moderated discussion, breakout sessions etc.
